The ins and outs of a property management system can be a lot to get your head around, especially one as expansive and feature-packed as RMS. That’s why we’ve introduced RMS University - an online, self-paced learning platform for RMS clients.

Although we offer a range of support services including our help centre, video tutorials and webinars, we wanted to create a learning tool that could be tailored to properties and their employees. With RMS University, you can pick and choose the areas where you want to enhance your knowledge.

Whether you’re new to our PMS system, want to upskill in a particular area or simply need a refresher, RMS University is your go-to hub for structured learning.

Key features and benefits

Train new employees

Through RMS University, new employees can get to grips with your PMS system and undergo training in areas that will be relevant to their role.

Gain new skills

Experienced users of RMS can use this learning tool to enhance their knowledge in advanced features and functionalities before putting them into practice.

Achieve a certificate of completion

Once you complete a module, you’ll be asked to take a short quiz to demonstrate your learning. As soon as you achieve 100%, you’ll receive an RMS certificate of experience.

Get RMS certified

This can work well for two reasons; the first is that people can become RMS certified before applying for a position that requires RMS experience. The second is that employers can filter potential candidates based on whether or not they have RMS certifications.

Personalised property login (Coming soon)

For those with a large number of employees, multiple properties or a seasonal turnover of staff, we can create a personalised learning platform for you to allocate courses to employees and track their progress.

RMS University is in phase one and currently serves the park industry. Additional modules tailored to other accommodation industries are in the development stages and will be rolled out very soon.
